As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I have learned first hand just how unhealthy our world is today . It seems as though most of the population is suffering with chronic health issues such as Diabetes, Heart disease, Autoimmune disease ,Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis , Thyroid disease, MS, IBS, Eczema , Psoriasis , Rosacea, Infertility, Obesity, PCOS, Fibroids, Leaky gut, Candida , Migraines Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, ADD , Adrenal Fatigue , Osteoporosis, Oteopenia and so much more ...
I suffered myself with many of these for decades ....
Then I learned through years of research and my education at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition that 90% of the health issues we face are caused directly by diet and lifestyle and so I began making changes to my diet and lifestyle very slowly and was able to not only shed 60 pounds but heal from my countless health issues (some of which I had for over twenty years !) gone... vanished.... never to return ...WOW
It was more like unlearning everything I had been taught about health ...
I now feel like I never imagined a human was supposed to feel . I bounce out of bed at 4:30 am and am excited for the day .
I have boundless energy that sustains me all throughout the day
( most days lol)
I haven't been sick in years now after spending most of my life catching everything under the sunshine !
How did I do this you ask ?
I slowly eliminated chemicals out of my life
I started with my food and then moved onto what goes on my body
( I now make my own skincare , toothpaste, cleaners, etc. with Essential Oils and organic ingredients)
I eat organic whole foods
I eliminated most processed foods
I eliminated Dairy
I slowly cut down on eating meat
( I no longer eat meat )
I'm always working on reducing stress
I eliminated all the unhealthy relationships in my life
I'm always working on being as organized as possible
I eventually eliminated caffeine
( not easy but soooo worth it!)
I got moving with running, walking, hiking, dancing , and weights
