This in one of our favorite go to treats at the Martin house ! It's so simple , contains just a few super food ingredients and takes only a few minutes !
Ingredients :
1 cup of frozen organic Blueberries (for each person )
1 large extra ripe organic Banana (for each person )
1 drop of Jade Lemon Essential Oil (for each person )
1 teaspoon of organic dried and shredded coconut (for each person )
Directions:
Put Bananas in the blender or a food processor and puree
Add the Jade Lemon Essential oil and puree a little more
Add the frozen Blueberries and pulse a few times until you have nice thick, smooth, and creamy texture .
Serve and sprinkle with the shredded coconut
Tips :
If you don't have essential oil you can use the juice of a lemon or lime
You can also use Lime, or Lemon Essential Oil if you don't have Jade Lemon
