| Essential Oil Hummus Recipe Hack |

Sometimes I run out of fresh lemons and garlic and want to make hummus so this is what I do ! I get creative sometimes when I'm running low on supplies lol and its oh so yummy  !
 

 

Ingredients :

 
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
6-7 drops of Young Living Vitality Lemon Essential Oil
1/4 cup of tahini
filtered water
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1/2- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 cups of cooked garbanzo beans
 

Directions :

 
Put all of the ingredients ( except olive oil and essential oil)  into a food processor starting with the garbanzo beans
 
Add the lemon essential oil to the olive oil and drizzle over the top of the other ingredients
 
Process until smooth using a rubber spatula to keep pushing the ingredients down
 
Add water to get the consistency you want
 
Taste in between to see if you would like to add any more, tahini, oil, garlic powder or salt
 
 
 
 
 
Store in a glass Jar in the fridge for up to 3 days
