Meditation: The Why,The How & Resources for you!



 

Meditation is a new practice for me and something I have wanted to begin for so long to bring some peace and tranquility into my very hectic and stressful life as a mom , wife, autism mom , and business owner. I have waited much too long and want to share this with you so that if it's something you've had on your list to begin or to look into I want you to have the tools to be able to get stared right away . I have found it super challenging to quiet my mind on my own but participating in guided mediations have been so beneficial for getting me on the right track . I also have an incredible free App called "Calm" that has a beginners guided program which is fabulous and with me everywhere I go . I have a friend that's a life coach and she does amazing guided meditations at her workshops and I also have a weekly Meet Up I just started attending with very lengthy guided meditations (It's like Meditation boot camp lol) There are also many amazing guided mediations on You Tube . I am certain once I get the hang of it I'll be able to quiet my mind on my own and I'm looking forward to it . I also love diffusing essential oils while I meditate especially Northern Lights Black Spruce (this oil puts me in a completely different realm & immediately)
